Submitting a restoration request does not guarantee acceptance of the job. Some lighters may be declined due to condition, missing parts, safety concerns, value, or practicality.

No lighter should be mailed until the request has been reviewed and shipping instructions are provided.

Restoration work on antique and vintage objects may involve risk. Results depend on age, materials, construction, prior damage, and previous repairs.
